Will people let Democracy die?

In Ohio democracy is dormant, this election will see democracy reclaimed in the Ohio General Assembly, the Ohio Supreme Court and setting the stage for a Governor for the people in 2026.

The United States Declaration of Independence, adopted on July 4, 1776, clearly articulated the founding principles of American democracy. It proclaimed that all men are created equal, endowed by their Creator with unalienable rights, including life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

The Declaration asserted that governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed and that it is the right of the people to alter or abolish any government that fails to secure these inherent rights.

In essence, the Declaration of Independence affirmed the belief in popular sovereignty, individual rights, and the fundamental principles of democracy that continue to shape American society to this day.

Ohio House District 73 concurred with the declaration on August 8, 2023 when the majority said no we want to retain our democracy by our voice and our vote.

Ohio House District 73 further declared on November 7, 2023, twice with two votes of the majority, on issues 1 and 2, our right to reproductive freedom and our choice to use and grow marijuana, as we feel is also our unalienable right.

The obvious apparent conclusion is the super majority of GOP legislators and executive branch are in the extreme minority.

Thus in November 2024 the same 2023 coalition majority will then put aside the viewpoints of a few bought and paid for corrupt corporate politicians and reclaim democracy in Ohio.
